
Kenton CC 1st XI vs Enfield CC 1st XI
The 1s hosted Enfield CC at home with both teams knowing the winner would finish 3rd in the league. Skipper Dylan Assani lost the toss and we were batting first. Owen O'Neill-Khaled hit a fantastic 68 (59) which included 6 huge sixes. He was supported by Kalpesh Kerai's 35 (58) and Dylan's 34* (38) to help the boys get up to a good total of 261 all out in 45. Asif Mohamadi got us going with the new ball as he was throwing down absolute heat, while the spin of Tejpal Jadeja and Hem Shah took care of the middle and lower order. Tejpal ended with 4 wickets while Hem ended with 3. A big shoutout to Enfield’s young opening bat Tasin Iqbal who hit 91 (105) and made the boys work extremely hard for his wicket. Asif got the final wicket and Enfield ended 205 all out. Win by 56 runs and a 3rd place finish for the 1s.

Kenton CC 2nd XI vs Harrow Town CC 2nd XI
The 2s travelled to Harrow Town and were fielding first after skipper Roshan Patel lost the toss. Prithvi Nakrani bowled fantastically up front with the new ball, bowling an extremely tidy spell of 2-16 i 9 overs, supported by Jameel Shah and Qudratullah Khiyal who took 1 wicket each. Zakirullah Khiyal and Milind Kamdar then wrapped up the innings and HTCC were 158 all out in 42.5 overs. Qudratullah got the chase going with his 46 (30), hitting 3 big sixes, as well as Saif Butt with his 28 however everyone else struggled. Puneet Pattni ran out of batting partners as he brought the chase close, ending on 19*. 153 all out and loss by 5 runs however the 2s still managed a 3rd place finish as Harrow St. Mary's beat Chiswick.

Kenton CC 4th XI vs Indian Gymkhana CC 4th XI
The 4s hosted Indian Gymkhana 4s and were batting first after skipper Samit Patel won the toss. Samit got us going with his 26 at the top of the order however no one else really troubled the scorers. Kushal dug deep with his 28 lower down the order but we could only manage a sub-par 136 all out. IGCC came out all guns blazing meaning we picked up some wickets from false shots. Abhishek Jha got another 4-fer and Pranav Shah took 2 but IGCC's skipper held his nerve as they won by 4 wickets.
